Do I need a CV?

Who can see my profile?
Employers only see your profile when you apply to their role, or when you make yourself discoverable.
How do I get updates?
Choose WhatsApp, SMS, email or push. Everything is also in your JONTY timeline.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from your profile settings. Your data is removed with it.

How do I post a role?
Create a business account, add your location and pay details, and post. It takes a few minutes.
How is ranking decided?
Candidates are scored on experience, skills, availability, distance and work style — and JONTY shows the reasoning.
